Terms & Conditions

1. Admission

Entry to The Great British Curry Festival is subject to availability. General admission is free for the first 300 guests; a £5 entry fee applies thereafter. Premium table bookings guarantee entry and reserved seating. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion.

2. Age Restrictions

The festival is open to all ages. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required.

3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Food is prepared by independent vendors. While allergen information will be displayed at each stall, guests with severe allergies should exercise caution and speak directly with vendors before ordering. The festival organisers accept no liability for allergic reactions.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Free general admission tickets are non-refundable as no payment is taken. Premium table bookings are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled by the organisers, all paid bookings will be refunded in full.

5. Photography & Filming

By attending the festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Professional photography or filming for commercial purposes requires prior written permission from the organisers.

6. Weather

The festival will take place rain or shine. Lo Lounge offers both indoor and outdoor spaces. In the event of extreme weather, the organisers reserve the right to modify the programme or move activities indoors.

7. Last Entry

Last entry to the festival is 8:00 pm. No new guests will be admitted after this time. The festival closes at 9:00 pm.

8. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted:

• Glass bottles
• Illegal substances
• Fireworks or pyrotechnics
• Weapons of any kind
• Professional recording equipment without prior authorisation

The organisers reserve the right to search bags upon entry.
